a special thank to mayor ed lee and everyone for working very hard to get us here to kick start this year. today is a big day after 6 months of working from labor and federal bureau of investigation's we're excelling excited to announce san francisco intention to kick start the green finance sf program. an environmental program that will continue san francisco's tradition of being at the forefront of embattling climate thanking changed that will push obvious further doing down the road and put san franciscans to work in our neighborhood through a strong workforce component that were all bay of helping san francisco property owners in renutritional project in their homes. green finance sf is the program for residential properties of 4 ruin u opts or less known as pace. it's a financing structure that will allow san franciscans at no cost to our city st. to have refume upgrades to property homeowners in san francisco. it's the special pinsz that will help prevent energy efficient upgrade and a spreading e spraifd the cost recovery over the life the unit. it will help to finance upgrade
